- Fill out the form on our website
- Take a photo of both pages of the signed purchase agreement and either send it to us via email or text.

3. PURCHASE AGREEMENT
- If our offer works for you, we’ll prepare a straightforward purchase agreement in plain English. We’ll walk through every detail together before you sign.
4. FLEXIBLE CLOSINGS
- We work with trusted title companies to ensure a secure, smooth closing process. Choose what works best for you – we can close at your kitchen table or handle everything remotely. We buy land as is – so you don’t need to make any improvements and you’ll receive your payment right away during closing.
